A one-day workshop on what spirituality and recent research in psychology can tell us about how we can live life to the full.  Rather than concern ourselves with life after death, this day will look at flourishing in life now, with examples and practical exercises.

Roger is a spiritual director and clinical psychologist. He is the Director of St Beuno’s, a large residential retreat house near St Asaph, North Wales.
