Join us for a morning of reflective conversation. We’ll use simple resources and some quiet time to lead us into gently guided conversation about what we find ‘good for the soul’ in the small things of everyday life.
Throughout November we’re hosting ‘Reflective Chester Month’. ‘Reflective Chester’ is about choosing a different way sometimes: a slower pace, fresh perspectives, new connections. It’s about ways to notice the positive in the ordinary things of our city and how we live here. Paying attention to the present moment and noticing the ‘small things’ of life is an ancient practice recognised across cultures for the benefits it brings. Using the common ground of our city to inspire us, Reflective Chester helps us to do this. You can find out more about this on our Reflective Chester page here.
