WANDERING – GOOD FOR THE SOUL

with Iona Reid-Dalglish

What might we be missing if we never slow down to take our time? As part of our ‘Finding Hope’ series, come and reconnect with the art of sauntering, of wandering and wondering, of curiosity and exploration and paying attention to the here and now, from the comfort of your own sofa! Join us for a guided imaginative saunter around Chester, discovering what it means to take our time, to notice what’s good and how to build this in to how we live, wherever we are...

The session will be on ZOOM, last about an hour and include:

  • a guided meditation

  • some very simple optional small group conversation

Tuesday 25th August 7.30 - 8.30pm: please click to join 5-10 minutes early

To register, please click here (Ticketsource online booking). We will then send you the link for the Zoom session in advance. Places are free. We always welcome donations to support our work - you can give online through our SUPPORT US page. Booking closes 10am on Tuesday 25th or sooner if fully booked.

We look forward to you joining us online for some RHC-at-Home. This session is inspired by ‘Reflective Chester’, our non-religious community project, which you can read more about here.
