The Greenway, Chester
BUSINESS AS USUAL?
with Iona Reid-Dalglish
As part of our ‘Finding Hope’ series, a chance to take stock of our experience of the past months, and pay attention to the spaces of possibility that might have been opened up. An opportunity to explore through gently guided meditation (and possibly some very simple sharing in breakout rooms) what we might find of ‘Hope’ as we wonder if we want to go back to 'business as usual', and if not, what else might be wanting to emerge.
The session will be on ZOOM, last about an hour and include:
a guided meditation
some very simple small group conversation
Tuesday 21st July 7.30 - 8.30pm: please click to join 5-10 minutes early
To register, please click here (Ticketsource online booking). We will then send you the link for the Zoom session before the event. Places are free. We always welcome donations to support our work. BOOKINGS CLOSE 10AM ON TUESDAY 21ST OR SOONER IF FULLY BOOKED.
We are delighted that our reflective evenings in July and August are led by Iona Reid-Dalglish, a spirituality worker in the North West, and one of our RHC retreat guides, in the business of tending to signs of life, whether that be in the garden or in people's lived experience. She facilitates opportunities for individuals and groups to engage with what it might mean to be human and alive today. Part of her work during these months has been to co-launch a new offering - 'IMAGINE', weekly live guided meditations on zoom, Wednesday evenings 8-9pm UK time. ‘IMAGINE’ sessions are open to all, and hope to be accessible to those who are both coming from within a Christian context and those who might not be but are seeking something spiritually nourishing. You can see recordings of ‘IMAGINE’ sessions on their YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtujH5WTJ-dMrSd5TM4M5QA?view_as=subscriber
We look forward to you joining us online for some RHC-at-Home.
