These 'Peace Days' draw on a mindful attention to the rhythm of a day, to help us find rhythm and balance in our living and perhaps greater clarity on what matters to us.  With less shared reflection than our Short Retreats, but shaped around three short times together and plenty of time to stay in the house or wander out, these days are perfect for when you are looking for your own quiet time.

from 10am coffee for 10.30am start - 3.15pm (if you would like to be here for just part of the day, just let us know)
