Peace Be With You – Songs and Reflection

with Ella Speirs

The Retreat House blessing begins with the words ‘Peace to this house’, and in this short retreat we will interweave simple harmony songs, silence and sharing around the theme of peace.  Forgiving, letting go and inviting in peace.  All songs (from traditions such as Taizé and Iona) are taught by ear and are easy to learn for anyone who enjoys singing, regardless of experience.

Led by Ella Speirs.  Ella has a background in Quakersim and Person-Centred Therapy and been leading groups and teaching Harmony Singing for over 15 years.

10.30am – 2.30pm  Wesley Church Centre, St John Street – a beautifully refurbished church in the city centre with a fine history of song

£20 including a simple lunch in the Wesley Cafe.  Please note that booking for this event closes on 12th March.
